Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in property litigation
- Experience in handling both commercial and residential property disputes is preferred
- Ideally you will have your own portable relationships with clients and referrers in order to develop and grow your caseload
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of property law, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and possession claims
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Experience in business development
