Key Responsibilities
- Financial Records & Reporting: Includes managing forecasts, budgets, financial records, and supporting monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
- Mailbox & Payment Management: Covers monitoring finance mailboxes and handling payments with authorisations.
- T ransaction & Data Management: Combines posting transactions in ledgers with reconciling site data.
- Reconciliation & Analysis: Encompasses performing balance sheet reconciliations and analysing various types of expenditure.
- Site & Asset Management: Addresses updating schedules for site transfers and redundant assets.
- Team Support: Incorporates assisting with various tasks, including preparing JV accounts and responding to information requests.
About You
- Qualifications: AAT Qualified
- Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, particularly within the property sector, is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Attributes: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and adapt.
