Duties
- PPMs and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems
- PPMs and reactive maintenance on cooling towers / chillers
- PPMs and reactive maintenance on plumbing fixtures
- Fixing leaks
- Changing bearings
- Fixing motors
- Cleaning/changing filters
- Replacing mechanical seals
- Boilers - inspections and reactive maintenance
Requirements
- NVQ / C&G Level 3 in mechanical engineering / plumbing & heating
- Mechanical building services maintenance experience in commercial office/hospital/data centre environment desirable
- Full right to work in the UK
Package
- £40,000 to £44,000 base salary per annum (DOE)
- Mon to Fri (7am to 4pm / 8am to 5pm)
