Software Developer Job in Ringwood

This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Development with scoping, planning, costing and documenting internal and customer funded software development
  • Design and produce complete software solutions for internal and external customers to provided specifications.
  • Ensure all work documentation is fully signed off and agreed, and work is on time and on budget
  • Liaise closely with all departments to capture and document user requirements
  • Developing, maintaining and supporting the software you are responsible for, maintaining the development lifecycle
  • Liaise and work with suppliers to maintain a stable environment hosting environment for software managed
  • Manage and complete product backlogs for applications managed by the software development team

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 2 years of experience in a software development role
  • Must have experience in at least 2 of the following:

o TypeScript / Next.js

o .NET / C# / Entity Framework

o SharePoint SPFx / Power Apps / Power Automate

o Experience building CI/CD with Azure DevOps Pipelines and Azure Portal

  • Experience in any of the following is an advantage

o SQL

o Docker

o Dependency Management (Node.js / Nuget)

o Microsoft Azure

  • Web App Services
  • Web App Containers
  • Static Web Apps

o Azure DevOps

  • Azure Repos
  • Pipelines and Automations
  • Github Advanced Security for DevOps

o Git

o REST/SOAP APIs

Salary & Benefits:

  • £27 - 32,000 per annum
  • Company Profit Share (first £3,600 is tax free) - available to discuss on application
