IT Infrastructure Engineer
Our well established Client is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and supporting WAN/LAN networks, IT services, and overall IT infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring that our IT systems are robust, reliable, and capable of supporting the organisation's business needs.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Network Management: Design, implement, manage, and support Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Local Area Networks (LAN) to ensure optimal performance and security.
- IT Infrastructure Support: Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking devices, and software.
- Service Support: Provide technical support for IT services, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members, departments, and external vendors to deliver high-quality IT services.
- Upgrades and Improvements: Evaluate and implement upgrades and improvements to IT infrastructure to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all IT systems and services comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
This will be a hybrid position with 2 or 3 days per week in the office.
