The RAG, a prestigious 7-pitch, 26-acre sports complex in Southwest London, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Grounds person to join our dedicated Estates Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage day-to-day tasks such as mowing, marking out, fertilising, and other necessary maintenance.
- Use and maintain all machinery safely and efficiently, with basic service and repair knowledge.
- Experience with travelling irrigators is advantageous.
- Carry out pitch renovations and growing in.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Head Groundsman or General Manager.

- Basic service and repair knowledge.
- Experience with travelling irrigators is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Full driving licence is advantageous.
