Description
The successful Sales Merchandising Manager will:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories (South East to Blue Water Shopping Centre)
- Direct Reports: 1-2 Beauty Consultants
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate in sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Be proactive - lead from the front
- Journey Plan routes (supported, if need be)
Profile
A successful Sales Merchandising Manager may have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven work experience in the retail industry, particularly in sales roles
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Job Offer
On offer for the successful Sales Merchandising Manager is:
- Up to £32,000
- 6% bonus (quarterly)
- Mileage/travel expenses
