Role Responsibilities
- Manage audit and accounts services for a broad portfolio of clients across various industries
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Review financial statements and ensure all deadlines are met
- Review year-end accounts
- Review accounts and audit clients' working papers
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills
- Act as the key contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering outstanding service
- Identify and act on business development opportunities to support the firm's growth
- Provide ad-hoc advice to clients, helping lead one-off projects where required

Required Skills and Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with significant experience in both audit and accounts
- Qualified by experience also considered
- Proven ability to manage client portfolios and oversee audit assignments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and developing junior staff
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
- IT proficient, with experience using Microsoft Office, IRIS and Xero
