Position: Estates Co-ordinator
Location: Great Western Hospital, Swindon
Pay Rate: £12.82ph
Key Responsibilities:
As our Estates Co-Ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Estates team in delivering planned and reactive maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the delivery of planned maintenance and reactive maintenance.
- Ensuring efficient utilisation of resources for all maintenance works.
- Proactively monitoring the Estates staff to ensure high-quality service and user satisfaction.
- Handling incoming calls and emails with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Logging Estates requests and assisting in reporting on PPMs and RMs.
- Maintaining our Estates filing systems and managing ad-hoc administrative requests.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- CAFM Knowledge: Familiarity with a CAFM system is essential.
- Customer Service Skills: A high level of customer service.
- Communication Skills: You should be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a large team.
- Organisational Skills: Being organised and methodical, with an eye for detail, is crucial.
- Problem-Solving Ability: You should be proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- Contractor Relations: The ability to build and maintain good relationships with contractors is key.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook.
