REED Business Support is supporting a well established and prestigious organisation with the recruitment of a Front of House Receptionist on a temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close knit team that values their employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as first point of contact to all customers face to face, over the telephone and via email
- Maintain a clean and well presented reception area
- Booking appointments for new and existing customers
- Updating internal databases
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the day to day business
- General admin tasks

- Professional and well presented
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Highly organised
- Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- Ability to use own initiative and think on your feet
- Competent user of IT
- Excellent communication skills
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30 (some flexibility when required)
SALARY:
24K – 26K, DOE
