Our charity client is seeking an experienced Data Officer to join the Fundraising Data Team in a temporary capacity, three days per week on a rolling basis (very likely to March 2025).
The role is to support with weekly data imports from third-party donor platforms (JustGiving, Enthuse, Elovate) into their Raiser's Edge CRM, using excel, macros and ImportOmatic.
The candidate will also be required to maintain records in the CRM, and provide related stakeholder support and issue management support via a helpdesk.
Demonstrable and recent experience with Raisers Edge CRM is ESSENTIAL, preferably in a fundraising setting, as are good communication skills. Advanced Excel and familiarity with ImportOmatic are considered highly beneficial.
The role is wholly remote, and as such we seek a candidate who can consistently deliver on time and to a required standard with minimal supervision.
