HR Administrator

Due to a sustained period of growth, my unique client based just outside Staplehurst is keen to bring in a HR Administrator to support the HR function as the company expands. Reporting directly to the HR Manger, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing HR processes, and contributing to a safe workplace culture.

Responsibilities will involve:

HR Administration:

  • Manage employee records, including personal information, contracts, and benefits.
  • Support with payroll duties
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and on-boarding.
  • Maintain employee attendance records and manage time-off requests.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.

Safety Administration:

  • Maintain safety records and documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate safety training sessions.
  • Conduct safety inspections and report findings.
  • Assist with accident investigations and incident reporting.
  • Promote a strong safety culture within the company.

General Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and safety teams.
  • Coordinate meetings and events.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven experience within HR and administration with strong organisational and communication skills.
