We are recruiting for an Aftersales Support Executive on behalf of an award winning, interior design and property development business based in Bushey, Hertfordshire.
The company design and develop many prestigious, high-end properties in the North London and Hertfordshire areas. They are now recruiting for an Aftersales Support Executive to deliver the best in aftersales service to clients once they have moved into their new property. This involves dealing with a variety of snagging issues and liaising with the client to discuss any problems and then to coordinate the inspection and repair process with a relevant tradesperson.
The role requires someone with an understand of property and snagging, along with superb customer service skills. The company have a number of new developments opening in 2025 and they are looking to provide their clients with unparalleled aftersales support.
On a day-to-day basis the role will involve:
Looking after all client aftersales issues, discussing them with the client in detail.
Coordinating with the client and tradesperson to arrange a suitable time for an inspection
Managing the CRM system and updating accordingly with client details, issues and resolution
Providing administrative support in the design studio to include some diary management for the director, compiling reports and supporting other design team members with administrative duties when required.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm based in a busy and lively studio in Bushey, Hertfordshire. The company is happy to offer 1 day a week working from home if required.
Salary from £35,000 - £40,000 based on relevant experience. 21 days holiday plus public holidays, company pension.
