Business Travel Consultant required for an independent Travel Management Company based in Surrey. You will be working on mixed corporate accounts using the Sabre GDS. This is a Monday-Friday role and salary is dependent on experience. They may consider someone more junior who has GDS experience. The role can either be office based or hybrid.
Business Travel Consultant duties:
- Booking all aspects of business travel including flights, rail, hotel, and ground transport using Sabre
- Presenting the best option to the client including searching for a range of fares (Cat35, clients route deals etc)
- Exploring and researching everything from low-cost options through to round the world itineraries.
- Working to each clients travel policy
- Respond to emails and calls within the clients SLA
Business Travel Consultant skills required:
- Experience in a previous Business Travel role
- Proficient in GDS - preferably Sabre
- Strong worldwide airfares knowledge
- Experience with ticketing, refunds etc
- Excellent customer service skills
