An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Financial Controller with a strong manufacturing background to join a dynamic international company. This role is ideal for a results-driven finance professional eager to lead and shape the financial operations across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of accounting and financial operations for international entities.
- Establish and enforce global financial controls and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align financial performance with business decisions.
- Manage local financial audits, tax filings, and statutory financial statements.
- Continuously improve SAP reporting processes and implement business procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent
- A strong leader with 7-10 years of accounting/finance experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive experience in cost accounting within the manufacturing sector.
- Expertise in SAP, with knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
