Marketing & Comms Administrator

Here at the Caravan and Motorhome Club, we're now seeking a Communications Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Communications and Events team.

Acting as a focal point for good practices and efficiencies, together with collating team performance figures, you'll provide administration support for press trips, event/activity logistics including event trailers/assets and contracts, purchasing, accommodation/travel and invoicing, as well as supporting with attendance and delivery of a programme of attendance at Exhibitions, Outdoor Shows, Awards and Events.

About you

With the ability to build good working relationships with various stakeholders - from clients to contractors, you'll be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. With a high degree of attention to detail and good written and spoken communication skills, you'll have excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

You'll have excellent administration and IT skills including social media. It is advantageous to have a relevant, professional qualification such as CIM, or willing to work towards achieving.

The role will involve some occasional travel therefore you must have a valid driving license.

Additional info

Although this role is based in East Grinstead, it will be a mixture of home / office working. After an initial 4 weeks in the office, we anticipate 3 days will be spent working in the office and the other days working from home.
