Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00
Hours: Full time (37.5hrs/week)

Job description:
- Experience in weight management/long term conditions
- 2-3 years of either weight management, bariatric, long term conditions or chronic pain management experience
- Experience working within a physical health MDT
- Knowledge of ACT and CFT would be helpful
