IT Junior Support Technician

Salary: £17,778 per annum pro rata (£25,000 FTE)

Maidwell Hall is looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our IT Department on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop new skills and to kickstart their career in IT.

Utilising your strong customer service and technical skills, you will help provide an efficient first- and second-line IT support function to staff and pupils across all IT services and equipment. You will also undertake regular administrative, change, monitoring and operational tasks, such as ordering and installing equipment and devices (iPads, PCs, AV and printers), maintaining accounts and IT security controls, and installing/updating software.

We are looking for a positive individual with a can-do attitude, who can provide a high level of customer service. You will ideally possess experience in the following areas or will be willing to develop your knowledge of:

  • Managed IOS (Apple School Manager, Lightspeed MDM)
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • MS Windows (any version)
  • Google suite administration
  • Apple TV, Smart TVs, projectors and sound systems
  • Konica Minolta copiers
