Our client based in Gateshead are looking for an experienced Plumber with Gas to join their team.
Job description:
- Working on domestic properties carrying out responsive repairs.
- General plumbing duties.
- Maintenance and repairs of plumbing fixtures and gas appliances
- Ensuring work is carried out in line with current legislations and guidelines.
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers.
Person specification:
- Must be time served or equivalent
- Must have valid CSCS
- Must have previous experience carrying out repairs within domestic properties
- Must have a valid UK driving license
- Competent in repairs and maintenance of gas appliances
- Valid ACS gas qualifications are essential: CCN1, CENWAT1,CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, CAPA1
- Previous experience on social housing properties
