The Opportunity

Due to a period of sustained growth within Search, our Gatwick office has a unique and exciting vacancy for a Recruitment Resourcer to work in our growing Sales Division. A busy and highly successful division, we pride ourselves in being experts in our field.

Our Gatwick Sales team provide recruitment solutions to clients across the South, handling roles ranging from Sales Executives to Business Developments Managers. You will be targeted to work closely with the Senior Divisional Manager on a range of different roles within the Sales world.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will receive full training from our dedicated Talent Development Partners. You will also have the opportunity to benefit from our lucrative commission structure, with a 0% threshold in your first six months. We offer clear development opportunities with transparent promotion plans to help you become a Recruitment Consultant if this is the route you choose - this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door to the world of Recruitment!

Our Gatwick office offers free on-site parking and excellent public transport links. We also have regular team and company-wide events, including Highflyers, nights out, and Summer and Christmas parties.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within sales, customer service or account management would be advantageous.
  • A desire to quickly progress and develop.
  • The ability to always remain motivated and resilient.
  • A sense of fun and energy at work, with excellent verbal & written communication skills

What will you be doing?

  • Uploading adverts using internal systems to industry-leading job boards.
  • Responding to direct applications and screening candidates to confirm suitability.
  • Using internal systems to keep files and documents up to date.
  • Placing candidates into live bookings and confirming attendance.
  • Supporting Consultants with ad-hoc duties
