Executive Reward Lead opportunity available working for a leading financial services company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. As Executive Reward Lead you will have a real impact on the way they do things and accountable for supporting the development of their executive reward strategy and process and helping attract the skills they need to continue to reach for better. This is a new role in their Reward team and it is pivotal within the function, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Senior Leaders and key stakeholders. It's designed to drive the development and execution of innovative reward strategies, which are critical to their overarching business strategy. By ensuring they have robust reward systems in place, they are not just supporting their current objectives but also laying the groundwork for future success. This position is instrumental in aligning their reward mechanisms with the company's future goals, thereby attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent essential for our continued growth and competitive edge.

The role:

  • Developing innovative new strategies and processes in their executive reward journey.
  • Enhancing the colleague journey through comprehensive insights and market knowledge to improve internal process and ways of working, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, and best practice.
  • Producing papers for the Remuneration Committee, liaising with external RemCo advisors and other stakeholders where relevant.
  • Offering expert guidance on insight, guidance and recommendations to the Executive Team on a wide range of reward topics.
  • Leading the delivery of accurate and timely regulatory reporting submissions for the organisation.

Experience required:

  • For this role, they are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in managing executive compensation within a regulated organisation.
  • You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of technical reward strategies, and the ability to simplify Reward principles so that they can support the business.
  • Ideally you will possess outstanding communication abilities, as you will be liaising with high-level stakeholders up to the board of directors.
  • You should be adept at navigating a fast-paced environment, handling uncertainty, and adhering to tight deadlines.

The salary is paying £75,000-£95,000 + Bonus, Private Medical scheme, competitive Pension scheme, 25 days holiday + BH (option to buy up to 5 days holiday) plus many more!
