Brand Administrator

My client a well established manufacturing company based in Blackburn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their branding and design team. As an Branding Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the branding department. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate customer designs and organise own work loads
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with design work and dealing with customers sending designs
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as required

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
