Gray & Associates Recruitment Services have been appointed as sole agency to recruit three new team members for our client Global Mediation offer a confidential non-judgemental service designed to resolve disputes between parents/care givers and local authorities surrounding the SEND needs of young people in education. The team are tasked with delivering a high-quality service that not only meets the contractual obligations to arrange mediation within statutory deadlines, but also makes a significant difference in the lives of their customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Mediation Case Management: You will be arranging and managing the arrangements for mediation, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. This responsibility allows you to directly contribute to the resolution of complex issues, making a tangible impact on customer's lives.
