  • Assisting the legal team in preparing legal documents and agreements
  • Managing correspondence with clients and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining and organising files, both digital and physical
  • Scheduling meetings and other important appointments
  • Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team
  • Coordinating with other secretarial and business support staff
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the office by performing other duties as required

Profile

A successful Legal Secretary should have:
