Role and Responsibilities
As a STEM Academic Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development in STEM subjects. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering 1:1 and small group support to students, tailoring sessions to individual needs and learning styles.
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and interactive STEM lessons and activities.
- Collaborating with teachers to identify students requiring additional support and devising effective strategies to enhance their understanding and performance.
- Monitoring and assessing students' progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable goals.
- Fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment that inspires curiosity and a love for STEM subjects.
