Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with a wide range of automotive enquiries within a call centre environment.
You will handling calls from one of the businesses clients in relation to the services they offer and processing claims from start to finish.
The role will also be looking after a busy inbox and corresponding with customers over webchat.
Profile
Previous Contact Centre/Customer Service Experience
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
The ability to work in a fast paced volume environment
Good organisation skills
An excellent team player

Salary of £23000 rising to £25000 on completion of probation+ reputable business within the automotive sector+ no shift patterns or weekends+ good location in Leeds and easily accessible from Bradford+ full training provided+ excellent progression and development+ great team and environment+ immediate interview
