Halyon Care North West are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Compliance Manager working on contract part time approximately 2-3 hours a week to oversee the operations of family-owned business that are a specialist mental health provider offering bespoke person-centred care to adults with varying mental health needs. The Quality Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that provide an efficient delivery of high-quality care services to their clients by effectively managing and supporting the team and registered manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect data from various departments to track performance against established KPIs.
- Prepare and submit a monthly summary report to the Director, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Utilise data collection tools to gather relevant information.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas requiring attention.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Organise and conduct training sessions on the framework's principles, processes, and tools.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to staff to address any issues or challenges.
- Monitor compliance with statutory guidance and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the framework is applied correctly.
- Address any non-compliance issues promptly and effectively.
- Communicate regularly with managers, staff, and service users to gather input and feedback.
- Facilitate meetings to review framework progress and address concerns.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of framework updates and changes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare or social care sector, with a focus on mental health services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a care home and leading teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Exceptional knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements and standards relevant to Mental health care services.
- Strong leadership, communication, IT, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care services and promoting the well-being of clients.
- Good knowledge of IT systems including industry led digital software.
Due to the current needs of the service, it is a necessity you have sound knowledge around CQC and its framework, as you will be working closely with Halcyon North West and the senior management team to create and implement a business improvement plan to get the service back to where it needs to be
