What will you do?
- Advise on commercial disputes
- Your caseload could remain broad, or if you are already advising on a specialism, then continue within that
- Cases could include Contractual disputes, Shareholder Litigation, Financial disputes, Judicial review & Negligence Claims
- You could also get the opportunity to be involved in disputes relating to Sports Law, Energy & Waste, Marine, Business Risk and Regulation & Insolvency
What will you need?
- To be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive
- 4 years' + PQE
- Commercial Litigation experience
- Those already at Associate, or Senior Associate level are encouraged to apply
- A following is beneficial, but NOT essential for this role
