Account Manager / Internal Sales

An exciting full-time opportunity for an Internal Sales / Account Manager has arisen to become part of a successful sales team based at our clients Portsmouth Head Office.

They are looking for a talented, tenacious & enthusiastic Internal Sales / Account Manager who will stand out from the crowd to sell the company's product range, expand business with existing electrical wholesalers, and encourage repeat business as well as pro-actively calling & winning new business opportunities from within the industry.

The Internal Sales / Account Manager' will be the first port of call for customers and their clients.

Every call must be treated with the upmost importance & professionalism.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Providing competitive quotations and technical support for UK manufactured products.
  • Identify and sourcing opportunities to create a consistent pipeline.
  • Increasing brand awareness in the electrical wholesale industry.
  • Gaining new customers & sales via pro-active daily calls.
  • Working to exceed monthly sales, calls and new business targets.
  • Collating pricing, products and market feedback.
  • Liaising with line manager regarding project lead times and deliveries.
  • Provide excellent and professional customer service to all clients.
  • Weekly reporting on project forecast.

Experience

  • A track record of account management and or internal sales
  • Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch break

Reward

£27,000 - £30,000 with uncapped commission structure
