We are seeking an HR Co-Ordinator with strong communication skills, who thrives in a team-centric environment to join our Human Resources team in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. This role will be based in Wetherby.

Our client is a reputed company in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. With over a 100 employees, this Wetherby-based company is well-established and holds a prominent position in the market.

Description

The role of the HR Co-Ordinator will include:

  • Coordinating HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with internal and external HR related inquiries.
  • Organising, maintaining, and updating employee HRIS information as needed.
  • Coordinating training sessions and seminars.
  • Facilitating employee development programs.
  • Assisting with performance management procedures.
  • Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agendas.
  • Performing orientations and update records of new staff.

Profile

A successful HR Co-Ordinator should have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role, ideally a manufacturing background
  • CIPD level 3 qualified or above
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Strong ability to work well in a team and across all management levels.

Job Offer

A salary range between £26,000 and £30,000 per annum.
