Description
The role of the HR Co-Ordinator will include:
- Coordinating HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with internal and external HR related inquiries.
- Organising, maintaining, and updating employee HRIS information as needed.
- Coordinating training sessions and seminars.
- Facilitating employee development programs.
- Assisting with performance management procedures.
- Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agendas.
- Performing orientations and update records of new staff.
Profile
A successful HR Co-Ordinator should have:
- Previous experience within a similar role, ideally a manufacturing background
- CIPD level 3 qualified or above
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and databases.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
- Strong ability to work well in a team and across all management levels.
Job Offer
A salary range between £26,000 and £30,000 per annum.
