Customer Service Executive

If you have the ability to build successful long-term business relationships, then this Customer Service Executive role is going to be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing a high volume of customer orders and providing an outstanding customer service
- Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long-term business relationships
- Co-ordinating the import of goods and products from worldwide locations on behalf of clients
- Organising the transportation of goods into the UK and preparing Customs entry paperwork
- Tracking goods through to successful delivery to customers and loading POD documentation
- Costing jobs that have been completed and raising timely client sales invoices
