Civil Litigation Solicitors
to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of the Civil Litigation department across multiple offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and personal injury claims.
- Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of civil litigation matters.
- Working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with the Beaconsfield role ideal for a more junior candidate seeking development and mentoring.
- Actively participating in the business development and marketing efforts of the department.
- Liaising with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression.
- Attending court hearings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE in civil litigation, with experience in managing your own caseload.
- Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
- For the Beaconsfield role, junior solicitors or those looking to further develop their skills are encouraged to apply.
