Company Overview:
I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for mechanical maintenance engineers to work on a large, commercial static site in Central London
- Salary Range: £40k-£45k
- Static site Central London
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, including all on-site HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, and general plumbing maintenance.
- Reactive maintenance
- Mechanical Fault-Finding
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps - (seals, bearings, valves)
- Motors - (re-winds, overhauls)
- Cooling Towers
- Plumbing
- Chillers
Qualifications:
- NVQ / C&G Level 2 or 3 in mechanicalengineering, plumbing & heating and/or Level 2/3 mechanical/pluming apprenticeship
- Proven experience as a mechanical maintenance engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
