Flagship Store Host – Central London

THE ROLE:
Join a world-renowned fashion house at their iconic Central London flagship store, providing an exceptional front-of-house experience for a discerning clientele. This is an ideal opportunity to elevate your profile in the luxury retail sector and build relationships within a prestigious brand environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly welcome clients and ensure a seamless entry experience in line with luxury standards
- Manage client flow, appointments, and waiting lists with precision and professionalism
- Deliver outstanding service, upholding brand values and refined client etiquette
- Support the wider boutique team in creating an elevated and memorable store environment
- Act as a first point of contact, offering assistance and information where required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Minimum 3 months' experience in a luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing environment
- Impeccably presented, with a warm, professional and polished communication style
- Available to work 3–4 days per week across Monday to Sunday, including flexible or short notice cover
- Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and confidence in engaging with VIP clients
THE PACKAGE:
- From £13.50 per hour (up to £15ph on Sundays / up to £20ph on bank holidays) + holiday pay + pension contributions
