Meraki Talent is a recruitment and selection firm founded in 2015 which focusses primarily on supporting the hiring needs of the UK financial services and professional services firms globally. We have two separate but congruent product offerings - a comprehensive recruitment service to the UK financial services sector and a service focused around the mobility of professional services talent globally.

Placed in the Recruiter's Hot 100 for the past two years and in the Fast 50, Meraki is a fantastic place to build your recruitment career. Despite challenging markets, the Meraki family is a business quite unique to it's competitors, the ongoing training and support is a huge investment to our team, a work hard / play hard environment for a real social group where genuine success is celebrated and supported. A business of high achievers and market experts who want to support and build a business we can all be proud off.

Due to an outstanding performance post-Covid, Meraki Talent are looking to enhance their recruitment team based in both Edinburgh and Glasgow. The teams currently recruiting are:

  • Accountancy & Finance - (Glasgow, Edinburgh and London)
  • International Financial Services and Professional Services (Glasgow and London)

Responsibilities of the position include (but certainly not limited to):

  • Sourcing the highest calibre candidates for our first class client base
  • Meeting with both candidates and clients on a daily basis
  • Consulting pro-actively, we are not facilitators at Meraki, we are professional recruiters
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships for the benefit of the business and other teams within the business
  • Delivering first class service to anyone that comes into contact with Meraki whilst delivering on a continuous basis

This is a fantastic opportunity to move into recruitment or move within the sector. What we look for:

  • People with passion - we love what we do (even the bad days!)
  • People with a competitive nature who want to be (and work) with the best
  • People dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • People who work hard and thrive in an autonomous (and flexible) environment
  • People with prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential

Our team are well rewarded for success but this is an environment where you must have the right DNA of being a self-starter, supporting others and maintaining a positive outlook (even on challenging days). Our culture and working environment are a vital part in our success and cohesive team.

We love what we do and exactly why we are successful, if you are a strong communicator with confidence and ambition, we'd love to speak to you. If you would like more information, please forward your CV to
