Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and advise on a wide range of complex IP agreements
- Experienced across biopharma partnering arrangements and other commercial contracts in the life science and healthcare sectors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on a variety of IP related issues, build on client's growth and on patient outcomes
- You will be immersed in an exciting, face-pace environment
About you:
- A qualified solicitor with 2-6 PQE and relevant legal experience
- Prior experience in a well-regarded life sciences team, advising a range of clients within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or medtech industries
- Good listening and written communication skills.
- Experienced in Life-science and healthcare related sectors is highly desirable
