Are you an experienced Transport Supervisor looking for an exciting challenge? If so, we are supporting a leading organisation in finding their next supervisor to lead a busy pallet network traffic team. This is a newly created role designed for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on the business!
Paying an attractive salary of £30,000 this role offers progression and development.
Reporting to the Transport Manager your duties will include:
- Lead and manage a team of drivers and staff, with a focus on driving improvement in key areas.
- Ensure compliance with H&S and transport regulations.
- Oversee daily operations within the pallet network, maintaining high standards of efficiency and service.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
About You:
- Proven experience in managing teams, particularly within a challenging environment.
- Strong background in pallet network operations.
- In-depth understanding of H&S and transport regulations.
- Process-driven, with the ability to effect positive change.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of providing business support as required.

- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
