We are currently working with a highly regarded and well established business based in Ruddington who are recruiting for a
Payroll Specialist
- This is a great opportunity for someone to take full responsibility for the
end to end payroll
and look after the full
expenses
- This role offers hybrid working and full flexibility across 32 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing the
monthly payroll
for up to 150 employees, including differing shift patterns and overtime rates
Processing
HMRC
notification along with manual calculations
Generating payslips
Loading all
payroll
information onto the system
Reportings, along with
month end reporting
Managing the
pension
process, including changes to contributions
Ownership of expenses both UK and overseas
Looking after
credit cards
and reviewing employee responsibilities
General administration duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within a
payroll
function
IT Literate with a good working knowledge of
Excel
Able to communicate and liaise at all levels
Ability to work to set deadlines
Good problem solving skills
