Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced baker to join our team. As a baker at Street Lane Bakery, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
- Experimenting with new recipes and seasonal specials
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment
- Ensure all baked goods meet high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker in a craft or artisan bakery
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients
- Passion for creating high-quality, delicious products
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed
