We have an exciting opportunity to join our stations team for the rail replacement possessions.

Adecco UK are currently seeking customer committed and Safety conscious staff to work at Swindon train station.

Our Security Assistants, will provide a First-class service to our customers whilst ensuring their safety at all times.

Pay rate: £12.00ph
Contract: 17th November, 27th December, 28th December, 29th December.
Shifts: 1000-1900
Location: Swindon train station

Our Customer Service Assistants, will provide a First-class service to our passengers whilst ensuring their safety at all times.

You will Pro-actively seek to help customers. As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at Swindon train station. You will also help the public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care! This will be helping with the possessions which consists of bus replacements at the stations.

  • Crowd Control
  • Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
  • Luggage assistance
  • Supporting customers needing assistance
  • Ensuring the safety of the station environment

Please note a zero-alcohol tolerance is to be adhered to working on the railway and candidates cannot turn up under the influence of alcohol. 18 years and above.
