Job Title: Temporary Litigation Secretary/Administrator
Location: Bedford Office
Duration: Minimum 3 months, with the possibility of extension

Rate of Pay: £26,000 + (depending on experience)
Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Temporary Litigation Secretary or Administrator to join a team of local solicitors for a minimum period of 3 months, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have experience in property litigation or have previously worked in an administrative role within a law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the litigation team.
- Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and appointments.
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents and filings.
- Maintain and update client files and databases.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property litigation or a similar administrative role within a law firm.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
