We are currently seeking full-time Teaching Assistants to work with students across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4 with additional learning and behavioural needs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of young people in the LS16 area, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they remain engaged and achieve their potential.
- Work 1:1 or with small groups, offering guidance in both academic subjects and social development.
- Assist teachers in the preparation of learning resources and classroom management.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with their emotional, social, and behavioural challenges in a structured and nurturing manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with additional learning and behavioural needs.
- A minimum of Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with diverse needs.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
- Be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
