People Systems Analyst

£50K - £55K per annum
My client is seeking a People Systems Analyst to join their team in London. Reporting to the Head of Systems you will be supporting with the future roadmap and projects. You will:
- Function as an expert for Workday administration - People transactions, business process configuration and design.
- Support at a functional level with Workday security and Workday reporting.
- Lead or participate in Systems technology projects including implementations or upgrades.
- Manage project timelines and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Work with the Head of People Systems to support the coordination and drive automation of People Systems and process improvement.
- Identify areas of improvement to ensure we are using the system effectively and suggest further system changes and enhancements as appropriate.
- Work with the People Systems team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes.
- Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades.
- Support all functional aspects of Workday modules and day to day management and maintenance of this.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have knowledge or experience in innovation services (Workday help module) would be beneficial.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of Workday experience in post go live environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Workday covering HCM including business processes, security and general systems administration.
- Ideally have some module experience for Talent, Advanced Compensation and Workday Help.
- Have an inquisitive and challenging mind.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and must have an understanding of HR functions.
- Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage own workload to specific deadlines.
- Have knowledge of Workday security and Workday reporting to a functional level.
- Have strong communication skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Hybrid role.
