Customer Service Advisor
- Location: Eastleigh (Hybrid)
- Job Type: Mon-Fri 8-7, with one in 3 Sat 9-5 then a day off in the week
- Salary: £24k per annum
As a Customer Service Advisor you will provide essential support to customers who have experienced an accident, helping to settle their claims efficiently and empathetically.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Communicate with customers who have been involved in an accident, providing support and guidance throughout the claims process.
- Negotiate with customers to help settle their claims as quickly and smoothly as possible.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a flexible approach to change and teamwork.
- Influence and persuade others effectively.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service by effectively communicating and supporting our customers.
- Exhibit a considerate and empathetic phone manner to reassure customers.
- Multitask and prioritise your workload to manage multiple claims efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a flexible approach to change and team working.

- Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.

- Previous experience in a customer services environment is advantageous.
