Temporary Finance Administrator - Penzance - £11-£12 per hour - 3-6 months (potentially longer)
Trial Balance Consulting has been assigned by a long-standing client, a large and highly respected local Manufacturing organisation. They currently seek to recruit a Finance Administrator to join them on a temporary basis, commencing as soon as possible and with a duration of approximately 3-6 months. The assignment is offered on a full time basis but this employer also welcomes applicants seeking flexible or part time working hours. The role will be based on site at the organisation's headquarters located in Penzance.
The successful candidate will be support a very friendly, busy accounting team.
Responsibilities to include:
- Posting invoices and general finance administration duties
- Assisting with the accounts inbox and forwarding/ responding to emails
- Assisting with credit control by chasing outstanding debt
- Assist with month end procedures
This position would suit candidates who possess good IT and administration skills, and ideally (although not essentially) have experience within a finanance department. Perhaps you are looking for a role to give you a bit of experience, or maybe you are looking for a temporary position over the summer/ up until Christmas.
