Based on site, you will be joining a small, friendly team environment based near Hendon, supporting the office with a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with third parties to ensure a high level of customer service is provided
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Manage customer logistics
- Additional administrative duties to support the office
Skills & experience Required:
- A background in customer service or administration
- Recent office experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and the ability to prioritise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and within a team
