Office Administrator

Are you looking for a part-time administrative role working 10am-2pm Monday-Friday?

Do you have excellent organisational skills and enjoy a range of tasks including handling queries, coordinating with third parties and maintaining files?

Based on site, you will be joining a small, friendly team environment based near Hendon, supporting the office with a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with third parties to ensure a high level of customer service is provided
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Manage customer logistics
  • Additional administrative duties to support the office

Skills & experience Required:

  • A background in customer service or administration
  • Recent office experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and the ability to prioritise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
