Therefore, to be considered it is essential that you are able to demonstrate a strong track record in residential sales, confidence and enthusiasm, and first-class customer service skills.

Personal specification:
- At least 3 years' experience within residential sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- First-class customer service skills
- IT literate
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Local area knowledge
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to £25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £35,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience and performance. The company will also provide a car allowance, 22 days annual leave (increases with years of service) and time off over the Christmas period.
You will be working a 5 day week. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 4pm. You will receive a full day back in lieu for working a Saturday.
