Global Sustainability Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare ESG information for Annual Report and Accounts and Sustainability statements. Support efforts to prepare for and then deliver reporting in compliance with CSRD requirements.
  • Lead the delivery of our Net Zero Science-based Targets by managing stakeholders across our business to deliver carbon reduction activities.
  • Conduct quantitative climate and sustainability risk assessments in line with TCFD framework.
  • Drive efforts across our business to improve the quality, availability and standardisation of ESG data, including managing ESG assurance processes.
  • Manage submissions to external ESG ratings including CDP and EcoVadis.
  • Work with our Internal Communications colleagues to deliver a programme that inspires and educates our employees on our ESG efforts.
  • Support key account teams in responding to client requests regarding ESG, including the preparation of ESG materials for use in client pitches and tenders.

Profile

In order to be considered for the Global Sustainability Manager we are looking for an invididual with:

  • Extensive experience in non-financial reporting including knowledge of TCFD, CSRD and other international sustainability reporting frameworks.
  • Sustainability risk and impact assessment expertise, including experience in conducting quantitative risk assessments and scenario analysis.
  • An understanding of GHG accounting and Science-based Targets. Experience in delivering decarbonisation programmes would be desirable but not essential.
  • Strong project management, analytical and data skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to inspire, collaborate and engage at all levels of the business.
