Job Title: IT Engineer
Location: Blackburn (BB1)
Work Structure: In Office
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Our client, experts in all things legal! Are rapidly expanding and are looking for an IT Engineer to come on board and look after their in-house IT Systems and support users remotely and face-to-face.
Day-to-day:
- Effectively manage your own workload looking after the internal IT systems and supporting office users with any IT issues.
- Including but not limited to: backup management, data inputting, software deployments, mobile management, basic networking support, permissions, configurations, documentation (and more!)
- Provide a high level of IT Support to users internally
- Support colleagues across the groups server & network infrastructure
- To ensure the business systems, comms platforms, servers and network infrastructure are all operating smoothly across the company
- Ensure all procedural documentation is kept up to date for all systems
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Backup management
- Active Directory / Group Policies
- Phone systems
- Office 365 & applications
- Anti-virus / security
- Remote Desktop Solutions
- Support of CRM/ERP systems
- MDM Technologies
- Coding experience is highly desired
