Responsibilities:
- Operating HV Colour and Black & White devices via network connections.
- Utilising finishing equipment such as wire/comb binding, guillotining, and laminating.
- Working diligently to meet tight, specified deadlines.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and data input.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while representing our client on-site.
- Handling client inquiries with professionalism and providing assistance both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Assisting the Client Service Manager (CSM) with any additional duties as required.
What we're looking for:
- Adept IT skills, including knowledge of print set-ups.
- Excellent prioritisation skills to manage peak service demands.
- A flexible approach to working patterns.
